Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted global supply chains and worsened existing structural inequities faced by female readymade garment (RMG) workers in Bangladesh. This chapter examines the multidimensional impacts of the pandemic on female garment workers' mental health, social security, financial distress, workplace challenges, and emotional well-being.
